Here is a list of the best decks to use in the Genshin Impact Genius Invokation TCG for 2023.

A lot of competitive players are looking for the best decks for the Genshin Impact: Genius Invocation TCG (Trading Card Game) event. The mini-game tasks players with building a set of cards and battling against other players or NPCs (Non-playable Characters) to test their skills and earn rewards. Players should keep in mind that the list of the Genshin Impact: Genius Invokation TCG tier list for the year 2023 is meant to give you an idea of which decks are performing well in the meta. How you win matches will be greatly influenced by your playstyle and luck in drawing dice.

Best Genshin Impact: Genius Invokation TCG Decks 2023

1. Liyue Freeze Deck

One of the strongest decks in the current meta. Pulling off multiple freeze combos will allow you to prevent the enemy from attacking or completing their combo. However, there is a high risk of losing if Ayaka dies way too early in the match or if the combo gets interrupted.

How to play:

  • The deck focuses on the combo between Ayaka and Xinqui.

  • Make sure to cast Xinqui’s Elemental burst then swap to Kamisato Ayaka to cause her attacks to instantly freeze enemies.

  • Cast Chongyun’s Elemental skill to infuse Xinqui’s attacks with Cryo damage for a non-stop freeze combo.

  • When Ayaka fails to keep the combo up or if she dies, Chongyun can act as a substitute.

2. Melt Deck

Arguably the strongest single-burst deck in the current meta. Pulling off the combo can potentially kill one or two enemies in a single turn alone. However, similar to the Liyue Freeze Deck, losing is almost certain if Ayaka dies too early. This deck is also weak against freeze decks.

How to Play

  • Use cards like “Elemental Resonance: High Voltage” to cast Xiangling’s Elemental Burst as soon as possible.

  • After Xiangling uses Pyronado, quickly swap to Kequing to deliver Overload damage.

  • Fishcl can summon Oz for more Overload reaction options.

3. Summoners Deck

The deck boasts high AoE (Area of Effect) damage. However, players may struggle in the early game as they prepare to pull off a combo, especially if they are unlucky with dice rolls. The deck also falls really hard against cards that force it to swap characters.

4. F2P Friendly Quicken Deck

This deck is quite easy to build which is perfect for new Genshin Impact: Genius Invokation TCG players. While it has the potential to quickly finish a match, if enemies can stall out long enough, this deck is bound to fail.

How to Play

  • Simply focus on pulling off as many Quicken effects as possible.

  • Use “Thundering Penance” card and swap between Kequing and other main characters to deal damage.

  • Use cards such as “Katheryne” and “Dawn Winery” to swap characters without losing a turn.

  •  The “Timmie” and “Liben” cards will allow you to gain a lot of dice for your combo.
