If you are planning to pull for Raiden Shogun in the second half of Version 4.3 of Genshin Impact, then you need to farm Amakumo Fruits. The Amakumo Fruit is an Inazuma Local Speciality found only in the Serirai Island region. Currently, only Raiden Shogun and Kirara use this material for ascension. This guide covers all the known spawn locations, efficient routes, and essential tips for farming Amakumo Fruit.
Amakumo Fruit Overview
Amakumo Fruit is an exclusive Inazuman Local Specialty that cannot be grown in the Serenitea Pot. And no shops offer this item for purchase. As of the latest update, only Raiden Shogun and Kirara use Amakumo Fruits for their ascensions, requiring a total of 168 for a single character. Amakumo Fruit is found only on Seirai Island, so players don't need to go looking in different regions.
Spawn Locations
The fruit is scattered across Seirai Island, with most locations concentrated around the central area. The interactive map showcases all known spawn points, each has two Amakumo Fruits upon interaction. The items are easily distinguishable by their pink hue and are found on plants with distinctive blue leaves.
Farming Routes
Efficient farming routes are available for players aiming to hurry the collection process. The guide recommends using teleport waypoints near Seirai Island's central area for quick access to spawn locations. Players are advised to follow the outlined routes, ensuring they collect all available fruits within the 48-hour respawn window.
Gorou's Exploration Passive
For an added advantage, players with Gorou in their team can benefit from his Seeker of Shinies Passive. This ability reveals the location of Amakumo Fruit on the minimap, easing the farming process for better efficiency.
Respawn Mechanics
All Amakumo Fruits respawn every 48 hours. Players can explore other in-game activities or patiently await the fruit's regeneration. Test Runs offer an exception, providing players with three fruits per run, but this is limited to specific character banners. Alternatively, players can also join other people's worlds in co-op for more Amakumo Fruits. With co-op it is possible to bypass the 48 hour wait period and farm enough to max a character in a short time.
