As Genshin Impact version 4.5 draws near, fans are anticipating the upcoming Special Program livestream, where Hoyoverse will showcase new content coming to the game. The stream is scheduled to go live on 1st March 2024, at 7 am (UTC-5) on Twitch, with a YouTube broadcast following at 8 am (UTC-5). From new characters to weapons and events, here’s a look at what players can expect from the upcoming livestream.
Expected Announcements From the Genshin Impact 4.5 Livestream
The biggest announcement in every Genshin Impact livestream is the revelation of the new characters. And this time, players are expecting the official reveal of Chiori. Expected to be a 5-star unit, Chiori’s gameplay and abilities will be showcased during the livestream, giving players a glimpse of what to expect from her.
New Weapons to be Introduced
Version 4.5 will also bring two new weapons to the game. The 5-star sword Uraku Misugiri, leaked to be Chiori’s signature weapon, has a CRIT DMG stat and bonuses to Normal Attack and Elemental Skill DMG. Additionally, players can look forward to seeing the 4-star polearm Dialogues of the Desert Sages, which features HP% stats and an energy passive.
Event Wishes and Banner Changes
The livestream will also reveal the event wish banners and potential banner changes for version 4.5. Leaks suggest that the banners will include characters such as Chiori, Neuvillette, Arataki Itto, and Kazuha. Notably, leaks suggest that there will be a new banner added to the game which will feature Albedo initially and possibly be a Mondstadt character banner in the future.
Redemption Codes
