The Sims 4 For Rent: All Expansion Features
The Sims For Rent expansion pack brings a brand-new career path for Sims: the feature to become a landlord by housing numerous families on one lot. Players would be able to manage or own residential lots by renting out and building custom apartments.
With Sims residing in close quarters, additions will also be made to interactions. Sims can get involved in community events or learn more about each other in multiple ways. Noisy neighbors and broken plumbing will also be seen in some locations, alongside electricity outages. There’s also a terrifying-looking death from mold!
