YouTube has decided to terminate xQc's channel due to third-party claims of copyright infringement.

It’s not a week without some xQc controversy or drama, and things seem to have reached a new level of insanity with a full-blown YouTube ban.

Felix 'xQc' Lengyel is a Canadian Streamer, YouTuber, and a former competitive Overwatch player who streams regularly on Kick and Twitch. He’s not a stranger to controversies and was recently in the headlines for his opinion on Pokimane’s cookie brand. While he’s mostly streaming on Kick and Twitch, xQc’s YouTube still stands as a place where his fans can watch streaming clips, playthroughs, and much more. However, it seems like YouTube is done with Felix, as his channel has been terminated due to third-party claims of copyright infringement.

xQc’s YouTube Channel Gets Terminated Due to Copyright Issues

xQc is a Canadian streamer who rose to fame on popular online platforms such as Twitch and YouTube. He’s mostly seen doing Just Chatting streams, playing games like Overwatch, and gaming broadcasts. As of 26th November 2023, xQc’s YouTube Channel has been terminated due to copyright infringement issues.

User @scrubaryan_, who is a Kick streamer himself, reported on X that xQc’s channel has been permanently terminated by YouTube.

While he’s yet to provide any reason for his account being terminated, a chunk of content uploaded by xQc on YouTube consists of him watching other people’s videos. However, many people complain that Felix is supposed to react to the content, but he doesn’t offer any reaction and straight-up plays the whole video without providing any new input. Content stealing isn’t something YouTube allows; it takes strict action against those who indulge in it. The community has called the Canadian Streamer for this many times in the past, and now it seems like he is facing the consequences.

There’s a chance that Felix will be back on YouTube soon; we’ve all seen how big YouTubers who break guidelines are back on the platform without any issues.
