The information regarding the release date is also supported by claims from a member of the GTA Forums called Tez2 who says that Rockstar’s aimed deadline was holiday 2024, which has been pushed back numerous times over the last few years and it might unfortunately slip into early 2025 as well. They also say that they do not see the possibility of the upper management delaying the game further than the holiday of 2025 or 2026. Rockstar might meet this deadline by separating portions of the title into DLCs which might be more sustainable for the management.
