Revealed at the Roblox Developer Conference in September, the developers of the massive online multiplayer game confirmed that Roblox is launching on PS4 on 10th October 2023, with full cross-platform support.
Despite the next-gen console, PS5, already being heavy in circulation, Roblox is marketed as a PlayStation 4 game, but players do not need to worry. If you have a PS5, you'll still be able to play Roblox thanks to the backward compatibility that comes with your console.
The release is a bit late to the Sony console, given that Roblox has been available on Xbox One since 2015. However, it's still a popular inclusion to PlayStation that will certainly attract millions of players monthly.
What are Roblox PS4 and PS5 Features?
As the announcement of Roblox's release on PlayStation was made on short notice compared to other big titles, we don't know much about the gameplay features coming to PS4 and PS5.
