Riot Game’s publishing arm, Riot Forge, has announced Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story, which seems like a perfect crossover between Stardew Valley and LoL.
Bandle Tale is set in the mysterious world of Bandle City, a part of the League of Legends’s universe home to diminutive Yordles. With its calm and cozy setting, Bandle Tale offers a break from the competitive nature of League of Legends. Here’s everything you need to know about Riot’s latest upcoming game.
What To Expect from Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story?
Riot Forge describes Bandle Tale as a crafting RPG and cozy game. The game follows Yordle in Bandle City as they work to restore the city’s portal network after it malfunctions. In order to solve the problem, players will need to explore Bandle City to gather resources to craft special items, and along the way, players will meet some notable League of Legends characters, including Corki, Teemo, Lulu, and more.
As players explore life beyond bandlewoods, they will also encounter curious critters and awaken magical portals as they move between unforgettable new islands. Players can also host parties to ensure their fellow yordles are happy and entertained by preparing farm-to-dishes for guests, showing off their engineering prowess, and building different kinds of gadgets to delight them.

Bandle Tale is developed by Lazy Bear Games, the developers behind popular titles like Graveyard Keeper and Punch Club.
Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story is designed and developed in an isometric view, which features visually stunning pixel graphics. It’s obvious that developers are drawing inspiration from classic RPGs, resulting in a blend of Stardew and Minecraft.
Lazy Bear Games isn’t leaving out its trademark sense of humor from the studio’s previous titles. Bandle Tale stands out from other Riot Forge games as you’ll not just be limited to League of Legends champions; players would also get to see a wider species within Runeterra.
When Is Bandle Tale’s Release Date?
Unfortunately, we still don’t have a release date for Bandle Tale as Riot Forge hasn’t made any announcement for the release.
