After capturing the attention of numerous players through its demo, the sequel to 2010’s Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands will finally be released on 18th January for various platforms such as the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game is available in two different editions; the base game and the deluxe edition with the latter offering some exciting items for Prince of Persia fans. Here's everything you need to know.

While the standard edition only comes with the base game, the deluxe edition packs in a few extra goodies for the extra amount you pay. Apart from a 3-day early access period, you also get access to a Prince of Persia Warrior Within outfit for your character Sargon.
Given the lack of any extra DLC for the Deluxe Edition, it seems obvious that most players would pick the standard edition if they don’t really care about cosmetic collectibles and early access.
Apart from the aforementioned platforms, you can also play the game through Ubisoft’s own subscription service, Ubisoft+ Premium for 17.99 USD per month.
