“I Gave an Honest Opinion of the Product” – xQc Responds As Pokimane Claims His Opinions Are ‘None of Her Business’
It's not a day without streamers getting involved in some kind of controversy or suffering backlash for other things, and it seems like Pokimane has caught up in it as well.
Ever since Pokimane launched Myna Snacks Midnight Mini Cookies in November, many people have complained about the pricing. The cookies were also compared to a less expensive brand at Costco, but things went south when Pokimane called a fan 'broke' for whining about the price of cookies, which she still maintains was nothing but a joke.
A lot of streamers have tuned in with their own opinions of the Pokimane situation, including xQc, who is in an 'unbiased' review of the cookies and stated that they are 'pretty airy,' concluding that "it's terrible" but "not greater either." However, Felix expressed shock when Pokimane noted that his criticism of her Myna Snacks Midnight Cookies is "none of my business."
xQc Gives His Response to Pokimane Over Cookies Drama
While talking to Kai Cenat, Twitch Star Pokimane responded to xQc's criticism by saying –
"Listen, sometimes other people's opinions are none of my business, you know what I mean? I think x might have a bone to pick, so he can say and do whatever he wants to."
xQc was caught off-guard by Pokimane's response and said - "Bro, bro, what? Bro, that is directly her business! Guys, I'm just a voice out of all the voices. I got the cookies ahead of time. She gave them to me, and I'm very ha- I'm thankful." He also added, "I gave an honest review of the product. I gave an honest review. I tried my best, chat, to objectively say what I felt about testing the cookie with no bias. And I'm a massive cookie snack fan, dude.""
xQc claimed that he only induced some tension because he thought it would be funny. The streamer didn't say anything bad about the cookies, but the community still believes he got 'rolled' by Pokimane. However, some believe that xQc's response to Nadia on X regarding the cookies was what contributed to Pokimane's response.
