How to Upgrade Barns in Stardew Valley

Select the build that you want for your barn - big or deluxe. Then, locate the existing barn and click on it to initiate the process.

You can upgrade your basic barn to either Big Barn or Deluxe Barn, depending on your needs. Their details are as follows:
Big Barn
Has animal capacity of 8.
Available animals include ostrich, cow and goat.
Requires 12,000 in-game gold, 450x Wood and 200x Stone.
Deluxe Barn
Has animal capacity of 12.
Available animals include cow, ostrich, goat, pig, sheep.
Requires 25,000 in-game gold, 550x Wood and 300x Stone.
