Considering the full release of Baldur’s Gate 3, Larian Studios has partnered with Twitch to bring exclusive rewards to the fans of the series. This provides fans the opportunity to support their favorite Twitch streamers while also gaining access to Baldur’s Gate 3’s loot. All you need to do to claim these in-game rewards is to watch a streamer of your choice play the game and the items will be automatically credited to your Twitch drops inventory. Let us go through the requirements needed to acquire these rewards as well as how to claim them.
Twitch Drop Rewards for Baldur’s Gate 3
Larian Studios will offer gamers, a Camp Clothing Set if they watch a Twitch drops-enabled stream for two hours. The set contains these four items:
Chatterbox's Tabard
Streamhopper Loafers
Periwinkle Undergarments
Channeler's Trunks
These cosmetic items adorn the iconic purple of Twitch and it will definitely make for one fine-looking character. It is important to note that these in-game items do not add any stats or abilities to your avatar. They were created just to celebrate the PC launch of Baldur’s Gate 3.
This Twitch drop will be active from 3rd August till 17th August, and there is no restriction in terms of which streamer you watch. As long as the Twitch drops are enabled on the stream, you will still be able to gain access to these items.
How to Claim the Twitch Rewards for Baldur’s Gate 3?
You can access these rewards as long as your Larian and Twitch accounts are linked together.
Head over to the Larian login page and sign in or create a new account.
Watch any stream of your choice play Baldur’s Gate 3 for two hours
You will notice your progress bar filling up
Once you’ve completed the progress, you will receive a notification in your Twitch Drops inventory
If you log in to Baldur’s Gate 3, you will now find that the items have been added to your camp chest.
Note that the items will expire from your Twitch drop inventory if you do not link your Larian account within 7 days.
You can also watch claim the drops, without owning a copy of the game, which means PlayStation 5 users will also be available to access these items when the game launches on 6th September.
