3. Start The Orb of Soran'ruk quest: Located next to Camp Taurajo in the Barrens. Collect three Soran'ruk Fragments and one Large Soran'ruk Fragment from Twilight Acolytes inside and outside Blackfathom Deeps, and a Large Fragment from Shadowfang Darksoul enemies in Shadowfang Keep.
4. Complete The Conjuring: Collect ten Blood of the Legion from demonic enemies in Demon Fall Ridge, Ashenvale. Interact with the altar to start a ritual, using Drain Soul to defeat the demons while standing inside the purple rune. Defeat the final Infernal to start the Mysterious Traveler quest.
5. Finish the Mysterious Traveler quest: Talk to the Mysterious Traveler and then return to Karhan in the Barrens to receive the Metamorphosis Rune.
