Understanding the Parade Master
The Parade Master is known for his devastating, wide-ranging attacks that can quickly overwhelm unprepared players. To effectively tackle this boss, it's essential to grasp the mechanics of his moves:
Patience is Key
The Parade Master's attacks cover a vast area, swinging his arms, body, and even his detached head. Maintain a safe distance, and seize opportunities to strike when he momentarily pauses. If you're unsure about your ability to parry, it's best to retreat when he initiates an attack.
Perfect Parry Practice
This battle provides an ideal opportunity to practice the perfect parry technique. Timing the parry button press to coincide with the Parade Master's attacks negates all damage and builds up his stagger meter. His telegraphed moves make him a relatively forgiving opponent for honing this skill, so don't be discouraged by a few early defeats while learning the system.
The Parade Master's attacks often leave his back exposed. Capitalize on this vulnerability by maneuvering behind him, making it challenging for him to land hits. Timing your Legion Arm attack just after he finishes an attack can result in significant damage.
Save Throwables
Thermite and Cells are limited-use items that deal damage. To maximize their effectiveness, refrain from using them until the Parade Master's health is reduced to a third or less. This ensures you have the best chance of wearing down his final phase.

Successfully defeating the Parade Master yields rewarding prizes, including a piece of Quartz and one of the rare boss Ergos found in Lies of P.
