Hanya is an upcoming character in Honkai Star Rail. One of the judges of the Ten-Lords Commission, Hanya is in charge of interrogation and utilizing dreams to evaluate the sins of the mara-struck. The four duties of a judge are detention, imprisonment, punishment, and interrogation. She records the crimes and penalties of criminals using the Oracle Brush and is an expert in interpreting the karma and sins of others.

Should You Pull Hanya?
Hanya is an upcoming character who is expected to be almost on the same power level as Bronya and Tingyun. Here are some things you should know about her before you decide to pull for her or not.
Normal Attack: Hanya deals physical damage to a single enemy.
Trait: Hanya applies the Burden debuff to an enemy, which increases the damage they take from allies' attacks.
Skill Point Recovery: For every 2 basic attacks, skills, or ultimates allies use on an enemy with Burden, allies recover 1 skill point.
SPD Buff: After using her skill, Hanya's SPD increases by 20% for 1 turn.
ATK and SPD Buff: Hanya increases the SPD of a target ally by 22.5% of her SPD and increases the same target ally's ATK by 72%, lasting for 2 turns.
Ultimate: Hanya's ultimate increases the SPD and ATK of all allies for 2 turns. When an ally with Hanya's ultimate effect defeats an enemy, Hanya's action is advanced forward by 15%. This effect can only be triggered once per turn.
