Uber Unique is one of the rarest items in the game, ranked right above Sacred and regular Unique items. It’s estimated that an Uber Unique has an incredibly low chance, a 1 in 1000, meaning that obtaining one can be a nightmare. However, there are some places that have a higher drop rate than others.
The majority of the Uber Unique items can be used by any class and gain benefits. However, there are three Uber Unique items which are class restricted –
Doombringer – Barbarian, Necromancer and Rogue

Fighting end-game bosses is a quick way to get Uber Uniques, but finding things such as Exquisite Blood to summon them is very resource-intensive.
