Following the success of Frostpunk, developer 11 Bit Studios is all set to launch the second entry into the series on 25th July this year. This upcoming release is expected to feature numerous overhauls in comparison to the first game, offering immersive city-building coupled with survival elements where you must protect your citizens from a new deadly threat.

How to Join and Play Frostpunk 2 Beta?
The only way to access the Beta for Frostpunk 2 is by pre-ordering the Deluxe edition of the game on PC via Steam. This beta session began on 15th April and it will be available until 22nd April. During this period, all players will get a 10% discount on purchasing the Deluxe edition, now available at 67.49 USD / 2,938 INR / 67.49 EUR.

How to Access Frostpunk 2 Beta After Purchasing the Deluxe Edition?
Similar to purchasing most games on Steam, you will find the Deluxe edition of Frostpunk 2 added to the list of games in your library. However, you will not gain access to any story content, as it is reserved for the 3-day early access before the game’s launch on 25th July.
Instead, you will get to experience the Utopia Builder Preview, which is essentially a sandbox mode, showcasing all the new and impressive features and building mechanics present in Frostpunk 2. Although the beta is only available in English and Simplified Chinese, the full release of the game will offer 14 languages in total.
The beta will be accessible at any time of the day until 22nd April at 7 PM CEST / 1 PM EDT / 10 AM PDT / 10:30 PM IST. So, if you are a die-hard fan of the first game, you only have another 5 days of access followed by a 3-month waiting period to jump into the main story.
