Diablo 4: How to Get Exquisite Blood?
You can get Exquisite Blood in Diablo 4 in two ways –
Taking part in the Legion Gathering event in World Tier 4
Defeating World Boss in World Tier 4
If you don't know about Legion Gathering Events, they're group activities that take place in random areas of the map. They are incredibly challenging events where you'll be tasked with taking on a hulk of opponents, such as Overlords, to complete the challenge. The gathering events will show up every 30 minutes in one of the five Estuar regions.
For the second way, you only need to locate any World Boss and defeat him. Sure, it's going to take some time to kill and annihilate these monsters, but you'll get 1-3 Exquisite Blood for your efforts.
Diablo 4: How to Use Exquisite Blood?
Once you've started farming Exquisite Blood, don't stop until you get nine. That's because that's the amount you'll need to summon the new endgame boss, Lord Zir, who serves as the final Season of Blood boss.
In order to summon Lord Zir, you need to go to The Darkened Way area located in the Fractured Peaks. Here, you'll need to enter The Ancient's Seat dungeon lair, where the final boss is located. Keep in mind that you won't be able to get to this location if you haven't completed the seasonal storyline to the point where you reach there.
Once inside, you must take out several enemies and go through multiple corridors until you reach the large bridge leading to The Apotheosis. Head to the altar in the center, and put down nine Exquisite Blood, and your battle to death will begin with Lord Zir. Like the Uber of Lilith fight, you must prepare for this powerful boss and be careful with your approach.
You can also sell this item for 30,000 coins, making it incredibly valuable in the game. However, Exquisite Blood is one of the rarest items, so we won't recommend selling them.
