Lords of the Fallen 2023: Gameplay Features

This new reboot aims to differentiate itself from its predecessor by incorporating a world built up by two realms; Axiom and Umbral which are the lands of the living and the dead.

Players can freely traverse between the two worlds and when they die in Axiom they will spawn in Umbral and they must return to the land of living to recover their XP. However, when they die in Umbral, they will respawn at their last savepoint and also lose all unspent XP. similar to the Souls games, savepoints are few and far between but you also get the option to creature your own custom savepoints by gathering materials from Umbral Monsters

The game also has a co-op mode where they can team up with one other player as they embark on their adventure throughout the world.
