Recruiting the best employees in Dave the Diver is critical for freeing up part of your time and assisting you in running a profitable firm. When you're not busy shooting fish with a harpoon or conducting research, you're helping to operate a sushi restaurant. You'll start out as the restaurant's chief (and only) waiter, pouring green tea, cleaning up, and bringing clients wonderful fishy delicacies. However, after completing a few objectives, you'll be able to activate advertising and begin hiring newer—and frequently better—staff to help cook, clean and serve guests.
Some are better than others, though, and you'll want to invest in your staff to get the best from them, so here's how to recruit the best staff.
Best Staff Ranked in Dave The Diver
Once players have mastered the advertisement system, they can hire employees to assist them in running the restaurant. The skill set and competencies of an employee are determined by their rank. Platinum and gold are the highest categories, and while recruiting people of this caliber can be challenging, the benefits they give may be worth it. Having said that, there are a few staff in the lowest echelons who can nevertheless contribute to the restaurant's flawless operation. These personnel have a remarkable level of skill or have skills that will provide them an advantage.
Mitchell
Mitchell, the coffee-obsessed barista, has the game's second-highest Serving rating despite being simply a Bronze-tier employee. This makes it simple to bring him on board without breaking the bank. His Drink Serving talent isn't sophisticated, so he won't be brewing the nicest cocktails imaginable, but it helps a lot with client happiness.
Jandi
Jandi isn't too impressive when he first joins Dave's team. But once he's trained up and his unique abilities are unlocked, he becomes one of the most flexible employees in the game, so long as the player is willing to stick with him for that long.
Not only does he have decent Serving and Procure ratings, but he also has the Wasabi Refill skill. This skill unlocks once he hits level 20, and is especially useful in the early hours of the game when it's easy to forget about the wasabi machine entirely. He also comes with the Tip Master skill, meaning he is much more likely to acquire tips. This is extremely useful for adding more decor to the restaurant to make it as appealing as possible to customers.
El Nino
Given his Diamond status, the mysterious masked El Nino is a difficult employee to contact. But he can be a lifeline later in the game when the restaurant becomes crowded and finding time to harvest the ingredients in the deep blue water becomes more difficult.
Tohoku
Tohoku's character is completely dedicated to creating the most delectable seafood dishes imaginable. At level 20, his Cooking rating is little near 1300, and both of his special skills permanently boost his cooking expertise. He can even operate the kitchen on his own if players find him early and teach him.
Yone
When Yone hits level 20, her Cooking skill will have increased to 1752, making her the best employee when it comes to creating dishes quickly, efficiently, and professionally. This is all due to her Culinary++ skill, which always raises her culinary rating by a large margin. She can also increase the number of plates registered on the menu, which is usually a nice benefit.
