Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Gameplay and Other Details
The gameplay trailer for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora highlights that players play as a Na'vi who awakens on Pandora years after being abducted as a child and raised by the human militaristic corporation known as the RDA. Players will be able to customize their Na’vi character with different kinds of body types, voices, and body paint and will be able to fight in the styles of both Humans and Na’vi with access to human weapons such as the assault rifle and shotguns or the more stealthy and precise Na’vi weapons such as the bow and spearthrower. Players will also have access to air combat and take to the skies on their customizable banshee - or ikran. The game will also feature a crafting system.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has been exclusively developed to maximize the power of new-gen consoles and PC, boasting stunning levels of detail, rendering, density, and immersive audio. The game will also have a number of accessibility options at launch, such as control remapping, subtitles and subtitle size adjustments, and color-blind modes. Another neat feature is the ability to play the game in a two-player online multiplayer co-op.
Ever since the release of James Cameron's Avatar: The Game which was released way back in 2009 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, Wii, and Nintendo DS, fans of the movies have not received any kind of immersion in video game format, so it is unsurprising that the excitement for this game is through the roof.
