When Diablo 4 was released, players found out that there are six Unique items that are almost impossible to get. Called “Uber Uniques”, the community knows only a handful of players that have access to at least one of these items and getting all of them on the same account is nothing but a fever dream. With the release of Season of the Malignant, Diablo 4 introduced yet another Uber Unique and now there are seven items in the game that most players will probably never ever see.

Doombringer Affixes:

Effect: Lucky Hit: Up to a [15-25]% chance to deal [X] Shadow Damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage done by 20% for 5 seconds.

Ignores Durability Loss
Effect: Increases your Critical Strike Damage by [60-100]%. The other properties of this weapon can roll higher than normal.

Effect: Lucky Hit: Up to a [15-20%] chance to trigger a poison nova that applies X Poisoning damage over 5 seconds to enemies in the area

Harlequin Crest Unique Effect:
Effect: Gain [10-20]% Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills

+Damage while Healthy
+Resource Regeneration
Effect: Gain +30% Maximum Resource. In addition, when you take damage, drain [3-6] Resources for every 1% of Life you would have lost instead
Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander
Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander Affixes:

+Lucky Hit: Up to a +[XX]% Chance to Stun
+Critical Strike Chance
Effect: Gain a random Shrine effect for [10-20] seconds after killing an Elite enemy. Can only occur once every 30 seconds.
These were all of the Uber Uniques in Diablo 4 and Blizzard Entertainment is likely to add more of them in future seasons. The developers also plan on increasing the drop rates of these items over time so you might actually have a shot at completing your Unique collection sometime in the future.
