Almost every iteration of EA’s most popular FIFA franchise has been ported to the handheld Nintendo Switch
According to the rumors, EA Sports FC 24 will feature three new game modes for the Nintendo Switch

The newly rebranded EA Sports FC 24 has created a lot of hype around its release. Many hardcore fans of the FIFA series are expecting the game to feature brand new game modes apart from the classic modes that have been available so far. The same hype continues over to the portable console market as many Nintendo Switch owners are eagerly waiting for the game to be featured on the platform.

What we know about the Switch version of EA Sports FC 24

The previously featured FIFA 23 Legacy edition has amassed quite a bit of following on the Nintendo Switch, regardless of having the same features as the FIFA 22 version of the game. However, this is expected to change with the upcoming EA Sports FC 24. According to a popular and dependant leaker on twitter who goes by the handle @FIFAUTeam, EA Sports FC 24 will feature three new game modes exclusive to the Nintendo Switch. Here are those game modes:

  • My Nintendo Switch Online / Career

  • Nintendo Switch Online Co-Op

  • Nintendo Switch Online Custom Match

Gamers who own the FIFA 23 Legacy edition on the Switch would have noticed that the game is different from the versions featured on other platforms like the PlayStation, Xbox and PC. This is mainly due to the hardware limitations of the portable console. However with the revamped EA Sports FC 24, players are expecting to have better optimization for the Switch. The game might have features like the HyperMotion 2 technology and might even feature the same game engine as seen on other platforms.

It is important to note that all of these are predictions and rumors, as there has not yet been an official statement released from EA. Regardless of that, gamers can be optimistic due to the fact that the previous iterations of FIFA games have all made their way to Nintendo’s portable console.
