Any attempts to connect to a game will get blocked. In many cases, it is a very easy fix as all you would have to do is link your PSN ID and your EA account together.
FIFA 23 SSL Connect error : How to fix

Go to the EA Website
Click onto the profile icon on the left side of the question mark icon.
Click on the PlayStation icon and sign-in with PSN account information.
You will be prompted to either create a new EA account or login to your existing EA account.(you are allowed to choose whichever is convenient for you)
After you have done that, head back into the EA Website
Upon clicking the profile icon, go to connections down below.
You will now notice that your PlayStation account has been linked to your EA account.
