Pearls of Warding is a crucial resource to unlock Wardwoven chests that contain a high chance of offering legendary rewards.
This guide will guide you on how to farm these precious materials in Diablo 4 Season 3.

Diablo 4 recently received its Season 3 update, bringing numerous in-game items for each class, enticing endgame activities, refreshed dungeon rotations, and more. Although the major emphasis remains on the Malphas Boss and the new Seneschal companion, this update also brings an essential resource called Pearls of Warding which is key to progress through the season of construct along with unlocking Wardwoven chests in the game. Without further ado, let’s take a look at all the ways to acquire this resource in Diablo 4 efficiently.

The Best Ways to Get Pearls of Warding in Diablo 4

There are two different ways to obtain Pearls of Warding in Season 3. The first and most reliable way is by entering zones impacted by Arcane Tremors indicated by a green leaf on the map. Here, you will find Braziers which needs to be activated using 3 Elemental Cores and 50 Shattered Stones

Arcane Tremors

Acquiring Shattered Stones requires you to kill enemies spawning in the Arcane Tremor regions while Elemental Cores can be obtained by interacting with Obelisks around the map. Keep in mind that you will also have to deal with constructs around the Obelisk. Once you activate the Brazier, you will summon hordes of enemies and upon killing them, you will have to face the Herald of Malphas mini-boss.

After defeating this enemy, you will now acquire one Pearl of Warding along with some Tuning or Governing Stones. You can repeat this process at multiple Arcane Tremor regions spread across the entirety of Sanctuary. These Tremors do not disappear and you can keep farming them after a cooldown period.  You will almost always find them near Vault entrances.

Alternatively, you can also head into Vault Dungeons which were newly introduced for the Season of Construct as one of the numerous end-game activities in the game. Thankfully, you can easily spot them near Arcane Tremor regions, although entering them requires Vault Sigils that drop in World Tier 3. You can also get into them directly from your base in Gatehall.

You need to keep in mind that these dungeons are quite dangerous as they are filled with several traps and hazards apart from the constructs, so tread carefully. Ignore the Zoltun’s Warding for now and open ordinary chests inside the vault. Although not much, you will still find some amount of Pearls of Warding along with Gold and a few in-game items.

After obtaining them, you are now free to offer them at the statues of Zoltun Kulle to obtain Zoltun’s Warding, which is then used to open Wardwoven chests. You can also use them to summon Uber Malphas, which is the new main boss of Season 3. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Genesis and Evernight Tuning Stones, which are essential to unlock the powerful abilities of the new Seneschal follower.
