Diablo 4 Seaon 1 kicks off on 20th July with a host of rewards via the Season Journey and Battle Pass.
There will be no gameplay items as part of the paid battle pass and all in-game items and be earned for free.
The Season Journey will offer Legendary Aspects, a Mastery Title, a Scroll of Amnesia and other rewards.

Diablo 4: Season of the Malignant aka Season One is the very first seasonal content update for the game and there are plenty of rewards that you can earn. Blizzard Entertainment revealed that there will be a ‘Seasonal Journey’ that is divided into chapters and you can complete them to get rewards. You can also earn a bunch of Battle Pass rewards for free as long you complete the battle pass which features 23 tracks of rewards completely free. 

If you purchase the paid battle pass, you will get access to all 23 free rewards as well as 67 paid rewards for completing the pass. In addition to all of the earnable Diablo 4 Season 1 rewards, the game will also introduce new Unique Items and Legendary Aspects. Some of the Aspects can be earned by just playing the season.

Here’s everything you get as part of Diablo 4’s Season 1 Rewards

As you hunt down Malignant Monsters for their build-enhancing Hearts and partner with Cormond to discover the source of the corruption, you’ll earn rewards from the Season Journey and Battle Pass.

Season Journey

The Season Journey is broken into Chapters with tasks to complete. As you progress through the Journey, you’ll earn the following rewards: 

  • Legendary Aspects

  • Mastery Title

  • Scroll of Amnesia

  • Other Rewards

The Scroll of Amnesia is a new item that provides you with a free Skill Tree and Paragon Board reset. 

Battle Pass

You will earn ‘Favor’ by just playing the game and as you rack up more Favork, you will unlock tiers of the battle pass. 

Free Track

  • Seasonal Bonuses for Bonus Gold/Obols 

  • Cosmetics (yet to be revealed)

Paid Track

  • Awoken Armor Sets

  • Mount and Mount Armor

  • 666 Platinum

The first battle pass was included as part of the 4 Deluxe and Ultimate Editions of the game. If you purchased the Standard Edition and want to purchase the battle pass, you will need to spend $9.99 USD or 1000 Platinum to get it. Since you get 666 Platinum back from the Battle Pass, subsequent purchases of the passes will be cheaper as you would need to acquire an additional 334 Platinum each season.
