The Clash of Clans Halloween extravaganza has sparked immense enthusiasm among the dedicated fanbase! This October, Supercell is introducing a plethora of Halloween-esque goodies for its dedicated player base. The Halloween event for Clash-O-Ween this year features the Mashup Madness event, where players can amass a unique range of cosmetic goodies and unlock new troops.

Clash of Clans Mashup Madness
The event, which began on 13th October, is currently underway and will run till the end of the month, that is till 31st October. It features a range of additional content that takes players on a distinct Halloween journey. Clashers are celebrating Clash-O-Ween in their game village. During the Mashup Madness event, players will look to gather Sour Elixir and Mashup Medals as temporary resources.
While the Sour Elixir rewards track follows a similar path to Season Challenges, the medals can be used at the trader for more exciting rewards.
What Is the Sour Elixir in Clash of Clans Mashup Madness?
Players who are Town Hall 6 or above will be prompted to place something called a Soul Elixir Cauldron in their village. This cauldron serves as the primary source of Sour Elixir and will help you defeat enemies with more strength. Not only this, but you can also pilfer this Elixir from your enemies upon defeating them.
Collecting Rewards in Mashup Madness
This Halloween, you can also earn tons of rewards using the Soul Elixir Cauldron. Just tap on it, and then on the Madness Mashup icon. It will reveal a series of challenges that you can complete to unlock a wide range of rewards and new troops. You can also earn Tokens as rewards, which you can then trade for even more rewards.
New Troops in Mashup Madness
The game has introduced new troops for added excitement during the season by blending popular troop combinations. These four troops are combinations of two troops each. These troops are - Barcher, Hog Wizard, Lavaloon, and Witch Golem. These are temporary Clash-O-Ween troops that have amplified strength.
Barcher: This troop combines the range and damage of Archers with the hitpoints of Barbarians.
Hog Wizard: Equipped with the ability to jump over walls and target defenses.
Lavaloon: It is an Air Troop that targets Air Defenses and drops bombs every two and a half seconds, even while moving.
Witch Golem: It has Golem’s hitpoints and summons an army of skeletons every few seconds.
Mashup Medals October 2023 Explained
Players who are able to collect the precious Mashup Medals can unlock boosts for their village along with other additional items. They can obtain Magic Items along with the exclusive Ghost Queen Skin.
