Red Bull Campus Clutch Year 2 overview

Red Bull Campus Clutch is a grassroots esports competition that is open to Valorant players of every skill level. Running for its second year, the 2022 Red Bull Campus Clutch World Final will be the first time all 50 National Winners shall come together in one place, and battle it out to be crowned the best student Valorant team in the world.

Last year Red Bull Campus Clutch saw over 400 events in 50 countries worldwide. The tournament showcased up-and-coming talent who went on to establish a career in the pro scene, such as Team Egypt’s Mohamed "shalaby" Shalaby who went on to sign with a pro esports team, Team Vitality.

Registration for the event is now open

Registration for the event is now open and players can sign up via the official website. Registration is open only to university students who are 18 years or older. Solo players can also sign up and will be matched with other players looking for a team.

The team has to stay the same as initially registered throughout all stages of the tournament. Each team will be allowed to replace only one team member in the course of all stages. The replaced player can rejoin the same team at any later stage. Each participant can only be a part of one team during the entire tournament.

While players can be from different universities, there may be country-specific rules that participants need to watch out for. The event is taking place in North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and Australia/Oceania. The local qualifiers will lead up to the regional events, and then onto the LAN event in Brazil where the second ever global Campus Clutch winner will be crowned.
