The rotating shop features random cosmetics with special discounts that players can opt for.
The next Night Market is expected to take place in July 2022.

The Valorant Night Market is set to return on 18th May 2022 with a set of new skins for all players. The Night Market allows players to get access to skins at discounted prices. The feature was modeled after 'Your Shop' from League of Legends. If you don’t get the skins that you want this time around, you will need to wait for the next set of Night Market offerings.

Valorant’s Night Market will be live for 12 days starting 18th May

The Night Market makes an appearance every eight weeks and it is returning on 18th May. Players can expect to grab skins at discounted prices for around 14 days only, unlike the annual Night Market which was available during the holiday season in December and lasted for four weeks instead of two weeks.

Once the Night Market is available, you will be able to view your selection of skins via an indicator in Valorant’s main menu. The Night Market does not include recent skin releases so don’t hold your breath for any skin collections that have been released in the past two months.

How to get the skins I want from the Night Market May 2022?

Unfortunately, the skins that are presented to you are account specific and there is no fixed rotation for Valorant’s Night Market in the May 2022 rotation. The randomness of the Valorant Night Market can be frustrating as players are most times unable to get their favorite skins despite waiting for months. In League of Legends, the skins presented to each player are dependent on account activity but there are no such systems in place for players in Valorant.

The saving grace is that the Night Market returns frequently and you need to wait just eight weeks before getting a fresh selection of skins to choose from. A re-roll feature would be a welcome change but Riot Games has not hinted at any plans to introduce re-rolling the skins using premium currency.

Needless to say, the cosmetics are by no means necessary to play Valorant. If you want to show off to your friends and teammates they are nice to have, but are by no means essential for enjoying the game.
