The official Valorant competitive circuit for 2023 is about to conclude with the global championship ending in August. This means that the OFF//SEASON tournaments are right around the corner and one of the first to be announced is the EMG League 2023.
This event is part of the EMG Gaming Festival 2023 which will be taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is scheduled to run for a span of three months from July to September.
StarLadder is organizing this competition and will be operating it across three regions - South Asia, Levant and North Africa, and GCC and Iraq, featuring a total prize pool of $39,500 USD (INR 32,40,995).

Esports Management Group (EMG) is an esports company from UAE that has announced a Valorant OFF//SEASON tournament called EMG League 2023. This event provides an opportunity for untested teams to prove themselves by fighting through an open qualifier and making their way to the big stage where they take on professional organizations.
EMG League 2023: Eligible Regions
This tournament will take place for three regions, South Asia, Levant and North Africa, and Gulf Corportation Council (GCC) and Iraq.
Each of these regions will have their own tournaments through which the top teams will get an opportunity of making it all the way to Dubai for the main event, set to take place on LAN as part of the EMG Gaming Festival 2023.

EMG Open Series 2023
Unlimited number of teams across all regions can register for the open qualifiers which will follow a single-elimination bracket all the way down to a single remaining team.
All matches will be a best-of-one except for the last two stages, semifinals and finals, which will feature a best-of-three series.
Only the winning team from each region will qualify to the next stage.
EMG Pro Series 2023
A total of eight teams will compete in this stage for the respective regions, seven directly invited teams and one qualifying team.
The eight teams will be divided into two groups of four teams each and both will follow a round-robin format.
Top two teams from each group will proceed to the playoffs which will follow a single-elimination format, semifinals following a best-of-three series and finals featuring a best-of-five fixture.
The regional winners will directly qualify for the EMG Legends Cup 2023 while the respective runner-ups will move on to the EMG Legends Cup LCQ 2023.

The three regional runner-ups will take on each other in a round-robin format where every match will be a best-of-three series.
The team that tops the group stage will secure the last remaining slot for the EMG Legends Cup 2023.

The main event will feature four teams from three different regions taking on each other in front of a live audience in Dubai, UAE.
Both the semifinal encounters will follow a best-of-three series while the grand final will feature a best-of-five fixture.
