Highlights
Valorant Champions Tour will feature a shorter season with Riot Games stepping away from a three-stage format.
There will be two stages only, leading up to the last chance qualifiers and world championships.
Riot Games will work with tournament organizers to host more third-party events and shall also further support the women's Valorant scene.

Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2022 is set to commence in early 2022 and Riot Games is going to incorporate its Game Changers and Galorants events as a core part of the VCT. The world championships will take place earlier than usual with Riot Games speeding up the stages for a more event-filled season.

North America’s Valorant esports calendar has already been set in stone and the region will be looking to redeem itself after a disappointing performance at Champions earlier this month. Unlike last year, there will only be two stages leading up to the last chance qualifiers and Masters events.

Valorant Champions Tour North America 2022 Schedule

Kicking off on February 11, the first five weeks of the Challengers main event are a round-robin competition. Weeks six and seven will feature double-elimination playoffs to determine the North American representatives for Masters One 2022.
