Neither Team Liquid nor Karmine Corp have made an official statement yet.
Karmine Corp is also looking to sign MAD Lions’ Alexandre “xms” Forté.
If a deal is finalized, it will be announced by 15th October.

French esports organization Karmine Corp is reportedly trying to sign Liquid’s Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom and Nabil “Nivera” Benrlitom to its team. Both players have a tremendous fan following within the FPS community and if the siblings join Karmine Corp, it would undoubtedly be two of the biggest transfers in Valorant esports. MAD Lions’ Alexandre “xms” Forté is also one of the players Karmine Corp is reportedly trying to sign.

Neither Team Liquid nor Karmine Corp have made any information public

ScreaM is a seasoned veteran when it comes to FPS titles. He is a former CS:GO pro who has played in multiple French teams including Titan and Espilon, and settling into Karmine Corp’s roster will not be a problem for him assuming the reports are true. He switched to Valorant after a storied career in CS:GO and his brother followed suit soon after.

Esports insider “neLendirekt” revealed on Twitter that his sources reported the news about the transfer but Karmine Corp is keeping its options open. ScreaM and Nivera are among the best players in Europe and Team Liquid will not be letting them leave without a lucrative deal.

While Nivera and ScreaM were not in the same team when both of them made their debuts in Valorant, the brothers were eventually reunited at Team Liquid. During a Valorant Champions 2022 press conference ScreaM talked about how much of a motivation his brother has been and it it’s only fitting that Karmine Corp has reportedly shown interest in the duo thanks to how well the players have performed over the past two years in competitive Valorant.

Team Liquid is one of the most consistent teams in Europe Middle-East and Africa’s (EMEA) Valorant esports scene but the team fell short at Champions 2021 and Champions 2022. Karmine Corp needs to register its starting roster by 15th October and time is running out for the French team. With only two weeks to go until the transfer deadline closes, fans are excited to see if ScreaM and Nivera actually end up moving or if Team Liquid retains them.
