Valorant Champions Tour's North America (NA) Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) is set to kick off next week from 12th October.
The upcoming event will feature eight teams from North America only with Oceanic teams not being able to compete due to COVID restrictions.
Sentinels and Team Envy have already qualified for Champions the winner of the NA LCQ will become the third North American team to join Valorant Champions.

With Valorant Masters Berlin coming to a close, there is just one final event for North American teams that will lock in the final spot for Valorant Champions. The Valorant Champions Tour: North America (NA) Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) is set to kick off next month from 12th October and eight teams will be competing in the upcoming event.

Two teams from Oceania were originally scheduled to join the upcoming event but travel restrictions and COVID guidelines have prevented them from competing in the upcoming event. Riot Games has updated its original schedule and brackets for the upcoming event to account for the recent change. Even though the upcoming event will be played on patch 3.07, it will not have the Fracture map enabled.

Valorant Champions Tour NA Last Chance Qualifier Format and Schedule

After the original format was heavily criticized, Riot Games has tweaked the upcoming event to feature a double elimination bracket instead, which will lead up to a best-of-five series for the grand finals on 17th October.

All matches of the upcoming event will be livestreamed on the official Valorant YouTube and Twitch channels.

In a special partnership with Iconic Events, the NA/OCE LCQ Grand Final will be broadcasted live in select theaters across the United States on October 17. Fans can book tickets at: www.valorantliveintheaters.com

The event will also be streamed by content creators in official watch parties. The list of participating streamers is yet to be finalized.
