Reckoning Esports said in an official press release that it is committed to offering opportunities to exceptional undiscovered talent not only in India but also in countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Russia. Its scouting efforts extend beyond esports players to encompass coaches and analysts. This strategy has enabled Reckoning Esports to build a sustainable talent pool while improving its overall financial performance.

Having been founded in 2016, Reckoning Esports has established itself as a reputable esports talent management organization in India. The company has consistently diversified its operations, engaging in PC and Mobile games and forming teams across a range of esports titles, including VALORANT, DOTA 2, CS:GO, PUBG PC, PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty, Rainbow6, New State, and the highly popular BGMI.

Sharang Naicker, the CEO and Founder, expressed his belief that this capital infusion will propel Reckoning Esports towards its objective of becoming a prominent esports organization in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. He emphasized the company's commitment to providing opportunities to talented players and influencers, fostering a loyal and emotionally connected esports community, and acting as a conduit for consumer brands to engage with young consumers through sports entertainment.

Reckoning Esports' successful fundraising endeavor reflects the growing confidence in the sustainable future of esports in Southeast Asia. The region boasts a substantial and fervent esports fan base and is poised for significant, multi-year exponential growth. Reckoning Esports is strategically positioned to capitalize on this growth as a leading player of Indian origin poised to become a major player in the broader Asian region.
