Popular Indonesian Actor Baim Wong's Tiger Wong Esports Enters Valorant
A new female roster has been acquired by the organization.
One of the most popular actors from Indonesia who is also amongst the top YouTubers from the country, Baim Wong, has expanded the reach of his esports organization, Tiger Wong Esports, by expanding into competitive Valorant.
Tiger Wong Esports has picked up a female Valorant lineup for the upcoming Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2023: Game Changers APAC Open 1 which is scheduled to start from 9th March onwards. This roster will be competing in the tournament under the banner of Tiger Wong Valkyrie.
No official announcement has been made by the esports organization on the topic. However, the team has been registered for the tournament as revealed by this post from FSL, the organizers of this event alongside Riot Games.

The upcoming VCT 2023 Game Changers APAC is going to be the premier tournament for all professional and aspiring female Valorant players from the region. It will be taking place for a period of eight months from March to October with a total prize pool of $75,000 USD (INR 61,49,888).
A total of 71 teams have registered for the first open qualifier of VCT Game Changers from three different regions - Oceania, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.
One of the teams identified among these participants is Tiger Wong Valkyrie, the female Valorant team of Tiger Wong Esports, which is owned by Baim Wong and backed by his business empire Tiger Wong Entertainment, which is reportedly worth $97.5 Million USD as of April 2022.
According to Valo2Asia, Tiger Wong Valkyrie has acquired the core lineup of an Indonesian team called Not Your Business Female. However, the complete roster of this team is still unknown because the official website has still not updated the information related to the lineups of the respective teams.
Tiger Wong Valkyrie is scheduled to play its opening match against a team called Vervain in Round 1 of the Group Stage. It will be interesting to see how the team will go on to perform in this tournament.
