Anuj Tandon to lead the gaming division of JetSynthesys
On 12th October, Anuj Tandon announced on his social media handles that he is parting ways with Krafton India after a stint of nearly two years. Prior to joining Krafton, Tandon served as the CEO of YOOZOO GAMES’ India division for four years. Furthermore, he has 15 years of experience of working as a Board Observer for well-established companies like NODWIN Gaming, Kuku FM, Loco, Tamatem Games, and more.
Anuj Tandon will lead the gaming division of JetSynthesys, which includes a game studio that developed mobile games like Sachin Saga, Being Salman, and Super Ludo, among others; global business partnerships and a publishing division; Skyesports, which the company acquired in August 2021; and Jetapult.
Talking about his new role in the company, Tandon said that we are in the most transformative period of the gaming industry. He said, “I truly believe we are on the cusp of the most transformative period for the gaming industry in India and have a once in a generation opportunity to build quality video gaming organizations from India.” Following this, Tandon said the company plans to invest and grow in the Indian gaming market. He said, “I am excited to take the momentum forward to capture this gaming opportunity for an Indian company and plan to invest and keep growing the business and hopefully take it to new heights.”
Anuj Tandon was a part of Krafton India for a long time and played an impactful role in the company. However, given the unfortunate circumstances of the game’s block in the country, he had to face a lot of obstacles in his journey. He has once again got the opportunity to make an impact in the Indian gaming industry, and he aims to utilize it to its fullest.
