You need a Prime Gaming subscription to get the new Flames in My Veins spray but even if you don’t, you can sign up for a free trial and get the spray for free. How to get the Flames in My Veins Spray in Valorant

You can head to the official support page for Prime Gaming and check if your region is eligible. While Amazon Prime is available in most countries, Prime Gaming is not available in regions like India. If your region does not have access to Prime Gaming, then you are out of luck.

How to Sign Up for Prime Gaming

You will need to sign up for an Amazon Prime account if you want to get access to the Prime Gaming drops for Valorant in July 2021.
