Global Esports Hosts Watch Party for Highly Anticipated VCT 2023 LOCK//IN Matchup

Global Esports is organizing a watch party for its match against Team Vitality in the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2023 LOCK//IN on 23rd February 2023 at 8:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). The venue for the watch party is Brewdog Café, Pinnacle House 604, 15th Road, Hinduja Junction, Bandra, Mumbai, India.

All fans are invited to this watch party, and entry for the watch party will be completely free of charge. 

Indian gaming industry to attend GExS8UL watch party to cheer for Global Esports

In a recent livestream, a viewer asked Sinha who the fans should expect to attend the watch party. Sinha replied that the watch party is expected to be attended by the entire gaming industry, with representatives from major Indian esports organizations such as Enigma Gaming (EG), Orangutan Gaming (OG), Velocity Gaming (VLT), Revenant Esports (RNT), S8UL Esports (SouL), and GodLike Esports among others. He also emphasized that the event is open to all. “The entire industry will be there. The full gaming industry will be there, trust me. Our watch party is going to have people from EG, OG, VLT, RNT, SouL, and GodLike; everyone will be there for the GE watch party. Everyone is going to be there to support GE Fighting at VCT LOCK//IN,” he said.

Another viewer asked him if there would be any charges to attend the watch party. Responding to this, Sinha clarified that the entry for the watch party would be completely free. “As of right now, entry is going to be free. You only pay for whatever you want to order (food). We are not going to charge people to come and watch the match with us. We want people to come, enjoy, and meet other people,” he said.

VCT 2023 LOCK//IN is the inaugural tournament of the Valorant franchise league and the Valorant 2023 circuit. The tournament started on 13th February and will conclude on 4th March. Thirty franchise teams, along with two invited Chinese teams, are fighting against each other in a single elimination bracket to secure a slot for themselves in the grand finals of the tournament.
