In a recent video, the coach of Global Esports' Valorant team, Morgan "BigTime" Jay, recently praised the Indian player Ganesh "SkRossi" Gangadhar as an amazing person, hardworking individual and with potential to grow as a player. He also stated that SkRossi would prove his haters wrong at the upcoming Valorant Champions Tour 2023 LOCK//IN São Paulo event.

BigTime praises SkRossi and his potential

In a YouTube video interview with commentator and analyst Tom "Tombizz" Bissmire, Global Esports' Valorant coach BigTime discussed his esports career, how he joined the team, and the ten-player roster. In the final section of the interview, when asked to pick one player from the team who will surprise the audience in the VCT 2023 LOCK//IN São Paulo, BigTime picked SkRossi without hesitation, saying "If I had to pick one, it would be SkRossi."

BigTime praised SkRossi's hardworking attitude and lack of ego. He stated that SkRossi is an amazing person and an even better player, who is adapting to the situation well and is one of the hardest workers he has ever worked with. “I’ve been doing lots of work with SkRossi. SkRossi is an amazing person and an even better player. What surprised me the most about him heading into this is the complete lack of ego about the situation. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever worked with. He’s adapting to this situation amazingly well,” he said.

BigTime acknowledged SkRossi’s growth potential and stated that he has a lot of room for growth. “You’ve seen the Indian fans talk about SkRossi; there’s a reason why. He’s truly a fantastic player with so much room left to grow; that’s what caught me by surprise, and how hungry he is to work. So I have a lot of love for SkRossi, and I think SkRossi is going to prove some of the haters wrong in Brazil (VCT 2023 LOCK//IN São Paulo),” he said.

Global Esports signed BigTime in mid-December 2022, along with Peter “Spin” Bradford, as assistant coaches. BigTime and Spin will be working alongside the head coach Hong “Eraser” Chang-Pyo to guide the team throughout the VCT 2023 season.
