Complexity Gaming Signs GX3’s All-Women Valorant Roster

Complexity Gaming is signing GX3’s Valorant roster, which is one of the top women’s Valorant teams in the world. The roster recently finished second in the Valorant Champions Tour 2021: Game Changers Academy event and will join the Complexity GX3 brand. GX3 was originally founded by ex-Counter-Strike pro and six-time ESWC champion, Ali ‘Alimonstr’ Lew. She moved to Valorant last year and has been advocating for female empowerment. Complexity GX3 will debut at the VCT Game Changers Qualifier on 24th September.

Complexity GX3 roster overview

Complexity Gaming (CLG) revealed in its official announcement that the team will be competing in the Valorant Champions Tour’s Game Changers circuit and the team will also champion gender equality in esports and gaming. This is CLG’s first all-women team since its inception in 2003 and it is the second Valorant team under the brand.

Alimonstr revealed, “signing with a reputable and supportive organization like Complexity will not only equip us with tools to enhance our performance but also a platform to kick start important industry conversations about instilling change.”

Along with Alimonstr, Complexity is signing maddiesuun, akaL4CE, and Annie “Aniemal” Lee. Aniemal was already representing Complexity as a creator prior to being signed to Complexity GX3. Alimonstr is a long-time CS:GO professional and six-time Esports World Cup Champion. Alimonstr formed GX3 in 2002 and established the team’s presence in Valorant at VCT Game Changers. Aniemal is currently a VALORANT streamer and content creator for Complexity. Maddiesuun is formerly a part of Gen.G’s Fortnite roster ‘Team Bumble.’ AkaL4CE is an up-and-coming Valorant pro who was signed into CLG GX3 because of her raw talent.

The fifth player of the roster is yet to be finalized and an official announcement will be made once the full team is ready to compete in VCT Game Changers later this month. Complexity GX3 will debut at the VCT Game Changers Qualifier on 24th September.
