Riot Games recently organized a launch event in Mumbai for its latest Indian agent, Harbor, to which all the famous Esports personalities were invited. Among them were Aryaman Wasan, Manoj Kashyap, and Rushindra Sinha, the CEOs of Enigma Gaming, Velocity Gaming, and Global Esports, respectively. In an interview during the event, they discussed Valorant's new Indian agent Harbor. Furthermore, they discussed the implications of having an Indian agent in Valorant in the South Asia Valorant Community.

Manoj Kashyap expresses his delight in Riot Games for progressing in South Asia

During the interview, Manoj Kashyap expressed his delight in Riot Games for progressing in South Asia and giving the players multiple opportunities to prove themselves. He said, “Honestly, I’m very happy with how Riot is progressing toward our region. The kind of things they have done for us and the opportunities they have given us are very forthcoming compared to all the other esports titles we had. The kind of ecosystem we believe in is what Riot believes in the same, so that kind of synergy is needed for common growth.”

Aryaman Wasan thinks Harbor is the best thing to happen to Valorant in South Asia

Aryaman Wasan said that he thinks having an Indian agent will improve the connection between Riot Games and the Indian audience. Following this, he praised Riot Games for its efforts to build an excellent community and showed optimism in Valorant’s future.

“I think Harbor is the best thing to happen to Valorant in South Asia, especially in India. Now having an agent from here, you know, I think the connection with the Indian audience will be much deeper,” said Aryaman. “I am very optimistic that it is going to get a lot more players in this country with this fantastic event right now. Riot manages the community so well. I am very optimistic that Valorant is going to grow drastically.”

Rushindra Sinha says he believes Valorant will become the biggest game

Rushindra Sinha complimented Riot Games for its massive launch of Harbor and all the efforts it had put in. Following this, he said he thinks that Valorant will become the biggest game in the world, irrespective of platforms.

He said, “Having an Indian Agent in-game and having that South Asia representation is absolutely brilliant. This is probably the biggest launch of any individual Agent across any title. I mean, I don’t think anyone has gone above and beyond like this right with the music, to the tease, to the build-up of this agent coming out. It’s been absolutely phenomenal." Following this, he added, “I think it’s going to be a massive boost to the entire ecosystem, and I see Valorant becoming not just the biggest PC game but the biggest game in the world.”
