In a recent livestream, professional Valorant player for Enigma Gaming, Sabyasachi “ANTIDOTE” Bose, named his dream teams for Valorant and Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) consisting of Indian players. He also explained the roles of all players on his CS:GO dream roster.
ANTIDOTE is a CS:GO veteran who moved to Valorant with the game’s rise in 2020 after playing CS:GO for almost four years. He was one of the finest CS:GO players in India and played under the banner of multiple organizations, including OpTic India and Global Esports.
ANTIDOTE’s CS:GO and Valorant Dream Teams
In a recent livestream, ANTIDOTE was hosting a watch party for Penta Pro Series - Valorant
During this watch party, one of his viewers asked him which players he would pick to form his all-Indian player Valorant dream team. Responding to it, ANTIDOTE named the following players:
ANTIDOTE (Himself)
Karan “Excali” Mhaswadkar
Akram “Rawfiul” Virani
Debanjan “DEATHMAKER” Das
Sagnik “Hellff” Roy
Rishi “RvK” Vijayakumar
After naming six players, ANTIDOTE added, “These six players would be the best players in my Valorant dream team. We will keep swapping the playing five.”
After this, the audience asked him to pick players for his CS:GO dream team. Responding to it, he named the following players:
ANTIDOTE (Himself)
DEATHMAKER
Tejas “rite2ace” Sawant
Vishal “haiVaan” Sharma
Excali or Hunter
Explaining the roles of all players, ANTIDOTE said, “I will be the AWPer for the team. It is possible in CS:GO to be an AWPer and IGL (In-game leader) at the same time, so I will be the AWPer.” He added, “DEATHMAKER will be the entry fragger for the team. rite2ace will play support, and haiVaan will play support as well.”
Revealing the reason behind why he picked these players for his CS:GO dream team, ANTIDOTE said, “Me, rite2ace, DEATHMAKER, and haiVaan have played together. I think it was the best team at that time. We also performed well in Dreamhack at that time and also won Indian events.”
The audience was surprised to see ANTIDOTE picking DEATHMAKER as an entry fragger and not an AWPer, given DEATHMAKER’s impressive history of AWPing. Hence, everyone started asking him why he would not pick DEATHMAKER as an AWPER. Responding to them, ANTIDOTE said, “I think DEATHMAKER’s rifle game is very strong. He is also a good AWPer, but his rifle is very strong.”
ANTIDOTE currently plays for Enigma Gaming. He and his team are preparing for the upcoming Valorant Champions Tour 2023 (VCT 2023) Ascension Tournament. Furthermore, he also occasionally streams on his YouTube channel.
