Riot Games has released a massive number of skin bundles over the years but players have always had a nagging concern about them. Each bundle typically has four weapon skins and a melee skin which means some of the best skin bundles in the game do not include some fan-favorite weapons. However, that is changing with the number of “sequels” coming out for popular bundles. The Ion 2.0 bundle was released just days ago and the Oni skin lineup might get an upgrade soon.
Valorant Oni 2.0 Bundle Overview
The original Oni bundle had skins for the Bucky, Shorty, Guardian and Phantom and the four weapons will not be included in the new bundle. Some of the popular weapons left out in the original bundle include Vandal, Sheriff, and Operator. There should also be a new melee skin.
Valorant community member Vegod shared a concept for two Oni 2.0 skins recently on Twitter and they look incredible. He recently showed off his renders for the Ion 2.0 skins before the official release and fans lauded him for his creations. Fans are hoping the Oni design is brought to life once again on weapons that did not receive skins the first time around.
There is no official word on when an Oni 2.0 bundle might release but with Riot Games showing a lot of interest in sequels to older skin bundles we can expect the Oni bundle to get a sequel in the not-too-distant future. The original Oni bundle was priced at 7,100 Valorant Points and the price is unlikely to change.
We have seen Prime, Reaver, Ion, and Glitchpop get their respective sequels and fans cannot wait for other popular skin lineups to have their own sequels. Elderflame, Prelude to Chaos, and Sentinels of Light are just some of the skin lineups that are yet to get more skins and we hope Riot Games adds them soon considering their popularity among players.
Currently, there is a Give Back poll ongoing between the Oni Phantom and Neptune Vandal and whichever weapon wins the polls will be added to the 2022 bundle. Over 472,000 votes have been cast and the Vandal is leading at the moment but if you want the Oni Phantom in the upcoming bundle, you already know what needs to be done!
