Valorant’s Origin skin bundle has been leaked by dataminers and it looks like fans will be receiving the new skins very soon. Riot Games also shared some details through DiegoteTV and the new weapon cosmetics in the Valorant Origin skin bundle has everyone excited. Valorant Episode 3 Act 1 is just around the corner and in addition to the new skin bundle, we will also be receiving a new agent as confirmed by the devs as well as some balance changes. Here is a closer look at the Valorant Origin skin bundle including its release date and price.
Valorant Origin Skin Bundle Overview
The brand new Valorant Origin skin bundle is set to include five unique weapon skins. The four guns that will be receiving the new cosmetics include:
- Operator
- Vandal
- Bucky
- Frenzy
In addition to the four weapon skins, there will also be an Origin melee skin which will be available to players who purchase the entire bundle. There should also be additional cosmetics like player cards and sprays included as part of the bundle but Riot Games is yet to share all of the details on the upcoming bundle.
Valorant Origin Skin Bundle Release Date
There is no official release date for the skin bundle just yet but it is likely to arrive with Valorant Episode 3 Act 1, which is expected to drop sometime during the third week of June. The current season pass will end on June 21st, and Episode 3 should commence right after the current Act ends.
Valorant Origin Skin Bundle Pricing
There is no official word on the pricing of the new skins but the animations suggest that the skins belong in the Premium tier. The bundle should cost around 6,000 Valorant Points for the entire bundle which will include the Origin Bucky, Origin Frenzy, Origin Vandal and Origin Operator skins along with the Origin melee skin which will be bundle-exclusive. The gun skins are likely to be sold individually for 1,775 VP each.
The upcoming content drop is also set to include balance changes for Breach, Skye, Yoru, and Astra. Riot Games talked about how they want to tone down the effectiveness of flash abilities in the game which means that Skye and Breach are likely to get nerfs. Astra has proven to be dominant in coordinated play according to the devs and is set to receive nerfs as well while Yoru is expected to receive some buffs.
