Who is K/DA?

K/DA is a virtual pop group that features League of Legends Champions: Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai’Sa as singers and rappers. It debuted in 2018 with a single: “Pop/Stars” which became a massive success topping Itunes’ K-Pop Charts and Billboard’s World Digital charts. The music video was also a massive success with over 390 Million+ views on YouTube.

However, the popular group was on hiatus after their initial success throughout the entirety of 2019.

In August 2020, K/DA returned, with League of Legends’ newest champion Seraphine joining them for the release of this album. Seraphine started out as a social media influencer and later became a pop star by joining K/DA. She started out by posting photos and music on IRL social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram, with fans slowly realizing that she was a part of the League of Legends canon. Riot Games finally confirmed that she was League of Legends' new champion and stated that she would be joining K/DA.

The K-Pop group were part of the 2020 World Championship finals opening act, performing before the Grand Finals match: DAMWON Gaming vs Suning Gaming.
