According to a Riot employee on Reddit, an Indian server (in Mumbai) for VALORANT is “extremely likely” to be launched by the end of 2020. The employee also confirmed that a Middle east server (In Bahrain) is also likely to be launched within the same time period.
Indian And Middle Eastern VALORANT Servers Confirmed
Responding to a Reddit thread that complained about the latency and ping issues that VALORANT players from Khazakstan (Middle East) were facing, a Riot employee (/u/ZealousApathy) confirmed that Riot Games will be launching a couple of servers by the end of 2020.
He stated that the Middle East (Bahrain) and India (Mumbai) servers were “extremely likely to arrive by end of year,” and added that they are very close to announcing the actual dates of deployment.
However, he also added that the user’s problems were unlikely to be fixed with the deployment of the new servers.
Earlier in July 2020, In a panel discussion involving management from Paytm First Games and Riot Games South Asia, it was revealed that VALORANT servers for the region are going to be launched before December 2020. Riot Games’ representatives also confirmed that the response from the Indian community has been great and that the title is poised for success in the region in this discussion.

Even though this information has been revealed before, it's nice to see that things are on track for a launch before the end of 2020.
