Team owner, caster, streamer and influencer, Animesh Agarwal, popularly known as Thug has announced that he will be partnering with 3 new brands - Elgato, Gigabyte Aorus and Corsair. Coming from a primarily mobile background, he has also expressed his intentions to stream more PC games and build a PC gaming community on his platforms. The partnership will allow him to explore the PC community and build upon his success as a PUBG Mobile streamer as he looks to introduce his audience to new titles.

8bit Thug is one of India’s most well known gaming personalities who started his YouTube journey playing PUBG Mobile. In addition to being a well established gaming livestreamer cum influencer, he is the co-owner of team 8bit which is a multi-game Indian esports organization with rosters competing in PUBG Mobile, Clash Royale, Free Fire and other popular mobile game titles. Many will also know 8bit Thug as the host of “Charcha with Thugwa”, a twenty episode talk show on his YouTube channel that featured some of the best mobile esports players and influencers in the country. His latest livestreams have seen him making the switch to PC games such as VALORANT.

Through the partnership with AORUS, the audience can expect a wide variety of unique content led brand activations such as giveaways, product reviews, PC building sessions, talk shows and tournaments like the on-going AORUS cup.

Speaking about the partnerships, Animesh said "Starting mid 2020 I felt gaming was becoming too monotonous for me, hence I decided to try out different platforms. I made a switch back to my roots and started playing titles on PC and PlayStation . Unexpectedly i started enjoying PC games a lot and especially Valorant, which forms a major part of streaming content now a days. I am looking forward to this transition and super thankful to Aorus and Corsair for coming in clutch, and joining hands with me from the very beginning of my journey . After a wonderful stint in the Mobile Community , I have a lot planned for PC community and I promise to discuss and deliver my plans in the months to come. Having said that, I am very excited to get to know more about both my partners and explore the exciting stuff that awaits me in my transition phase."
