The latest mid-season content update in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 introduces the April O'Neil questline. In a collaboration with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TNMT), players will have to find a few hidden pizza boxes in the underground HQ.
What is in these empty pizza boxes? They are the catalyst to providing hints for what's to come in the future. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle event went live on 9th February 2024. These pizza boxes hold the clues to this event.

What is the Empty Pizza Boxes Questline?
In this April O'Neil questline, players are tasked with finding three empty pizza boxes that are scattered around the underground HQ. This quest for these boxes sets the stage for the upcoming TMNT event. Players who successfully find the boxes will be graced with a reward of 10,000 XP.
The underground HQ is present between Pleasant Piazza and Fencing Fields, hiding the pizza boxes in its recesses. The empty pizza boxes lay hidden in three locations in the HQ. Let us take a look at each one of them one by one.
Where to Find Empty Pizza Boxes in Fortnite?
The empty pizza boxes are hidden in three different locations in the underground HQ. They are as follows:
Box Location 1:
The first pizza box is situated just outside the entrance of the underground HQ. Players will find the first box beside a plain brown supply crate.
After heading downstairs into the tunnels, take a left turn and you will spot the bright red pizza box. Despite being close to the entrance, players need to keep an eye out, as the box might blend in with the surroundings.
Box Location 2:
After finding the first box, players will have to go further into the headquarters. Turn right from the first box, enter the area with train tracks and a display consisting of weapons.
Looking carefully at the display, players will be able to spot the second pizza box on the ground near this display. However, you might miss it since it blends in with the dim lighting.
Box Location 3:
To find the third and final empty pizza box, take a right turn through a fenced door from where you found the second box. Climb the stairs and pass through blue drapes. You'll now find yourself in a room with boxes and pillars.
Look around carefully and you'll find the last pizza box in an isolated corner around the right pillar. And there it is! Your last pizza box.
As you collect it and complete the quest, you will earn 10,000 XP.
