Pokemon: Scarlet and Violet’s brand new, The Teal Mask, has finally made its way to us! While fans gear up to welcome the old Pokemon for the second time, there are also Bellsprout and its evolutions to welcome. The current DLC, Teal Mask, features Bellsprout, which evolves into Weepinbell and Victreebel in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. In this article, we will learn about how and where players starting this TLC can find Bellsprout.

As soon as the game begins and players start with the DLC, it is not hard to find places where Bellsprout might be in abundance. Bellsprout and its evolutionary Pokemon are all grass/poison types and have already been introduced among the first generation of Pokemon.

Players looking for them can try looking in the following areas:

  • Kitakami Road

  • Loyalty Plaza

  • Apple Hills

  • Mossfell Confluence

Looking for a Bellsprout will also be impacted by your gameplay performance in the game. For instance, depending on your position in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, the Bellsprout that you find will either be a level 9/10 Pokemon or a 60 one. In order to solidify your chance of finding a level 60 Bellsprout, players must complete the postgame, Ace Academy Tournament.

In order to lure out Bellsprout, players must tap deep into its weaknesses, which include its vulnerability to Fire, Ice, Flying and psychic-moves. Maybe inflicting an ailment on these creatures can help you catch them.

Finding Weepinbell in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

Weepinbell

Pokemon

Finding Weepinbell is actually not possible, as it does not spawn in the wild. The only way to extract one is by evolving from Bellsprout of Weepinbell. It can be evolved to Weepinbell upon reaching level 21. For players who have a Bellsprout at level 9 or 10, they will have to make use of items like Exp candies or utilize this creature during auto-battles against a suitable opponent. Players can find these Rare and Exp candies laying around near Paldea and Kitakami, appearing as sparkles in the dust.

And players who have bagged the jackpot by extracting a Bellsprout with level 60 just need to level up one more time for it to evolve into Weepinhell.

Finding Victreebel in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

To evolve into the final form, players will need to use a Leaf Stone on their Pokemon. Leaf Stones can be found laying on the grass, like Rare candies, or in areas with more trees. And if you have obtained three gym badges, you can also make an in-game purchase for Leaf Stones at Delibird Presents.

Once you get Victreebell, however, you will need to use Remember Moves in order to utilize this creature. Since this evolution takes place through a stone, no new moves are learnt by it. To make it remember its moves, you will have to access its Summary Page and tab it over to Moves. After that, select Remember Moves, to add everything that he could learn as a Weepinbell.
