Valorant Refund Policy: Does Riot Games Refund Money for Purchases?

Riot Games offers a ton of cosmetics via the in-game store in Valorant. From the exclusive bundles to Night Market skins, there are plenty of skins to choose from and it is completely okay if you accidentally make a purchase you did not intend to. If you want to refund skins in Valorant, there is a dedicated support page available for Valorant, that will allow you to view all of your past purchases and refund any skins you do not wish to keep. If you made an accidental purchase on a cosmetic, Valorant's refund policy allows you to reverse transactions.

Valorant Refund Policy: How to refund skins

Launch your web browser and:

1. Head to the Riot Games refund page and login

2. Click on My Order History

3. Choose an eligible item

4. Click on ‘Refund’

Re-launch your game and your Valorant Points (VP) should be refunded to your account. In some cases, a purchased item may not show up in your purchase history in which case you will need to wait a few minutes.

Valorant Refund Policy: What items cannot be refunded?

Players will not be able to refund purchases of battle passes, weapon skin levels, or character contract levels. However, you will be able to refund purchases of game currency, Valorant Points (VP), and Radianite Points (RP). Purchases made with Radianite points are non-refundable. However, you can refund RP if you have not used it yet. Even if your purchases are not eligible for a refund, you can submit a ticket to Riot Games and seek assistance if you feel an exception should be made in your case.

What should you do when you do not receive a refund?

If you are unable to get a refund on your item and want to submit a manual ticket, here is what you can do:

1. Head to the official Riot Games Support website.

2. Click on Valorant.

3. You can check the self-help section if you are facing a common issue.

4. Scroll down and click on “Can’t find what you’re looking for? Submit A Ticket”.

5. Choose A Request Type That Suits You.

6. You will get a prompt saying “You must be logged in before you can submit this type of ticket” if you are not logged in.

7. Click on Sign-in.

8. Once you are signed in, enter the Subject.

9. Choose Your Enquiry.

10. In the Description Box, enter all the necessary information.

11. Attach any supporting images or documents in the attachments section.

12. Click on Submit.

Does Riot Games refund real money?

Riot Games does refund your real money but only in a few situations. You may have purchased RP or VP in Valorant or in-game content with real money. You can request refunds in the following scenarios:

• If you purchased VP/RP without spending any of that VP/RP

• Have unused refundable content

You can request a refund from Player Support within the first 14 days of purchase and receive a refund directly to your payment method.
